2.蛋黄加30克糖。

4.蛋白中滴入几滴白醋,先用慢速打到呈粗泡。然后分三次加入15克糖,快速打到出现纹路状,最后呈现小玩勾的九分发状态。

5.取三分之一的蛋白加入到做法3的蛋黄中。

6.用刮刀搅拌均匀。然后加入剩余的蛋白,轻轻的从容器的底部刮起拌均匀。

7.蛋糊中筛入低筋面粉。

11.草莓洗净,从中间切开。

13.吉利丁片放入水中泡软。

14.牛奶放入微波炉,30秒即可。加入泡软的吉利丁片,搅拌至其完全溶解。

15.淡奶油加入适量的糖打发。打好的淡奶油加入牛奶,搅拌均匀。
